I had an abortion 5 days ago.

I have a lot of mixed emotions about it but mostly feel relieved.

I was actively trying to conceive and then we found out it was twins. I already have one child. I tried to wrap my brain around it in so many ways but it just seemed impossible.

My partner wanted to keep them, so I didn’t have him take me to the appointment. I just needed unwavering, guilt free support.

The clinic was amazing and supportive, my family and friends have all been supportive but it is still a very isolating place to be. Very grateful for this website.
