I had two abortions, once when I was lax about birth control, and once when birth control failed.

So many people assume that the decision to have an abortion is heavy, but for me it was simply a medical choice. I didn't want children, and there was no heartache about the situation.

I never have understood the perspective of religious "pro-lifers".

I take care of my life. A fetus in me is my business.
