"Does society accept that women are sentient, intelligent beings?"

This brief story appears at My Body, My Life.

I’ve had two.

It’s hard to not write a list of justifications why.

Instead of that urge, I want to write about a choice we make in the progress of civilisation. Does society accept that women are sentient, intelligent beings, or carriers of the seed of man?

If it is the former, if women are indeed people, then abortion must be legal and accessible. EVERYWHERE.
